You can find a complete guide on how to reset your Maytag dishwasher here.

If you are having problems with your Maytag dishwasher, the first thing that you should do is unplug it from the wall and remove all of the dishes that are inside it.

Then, take out all of the silverware and drain the water out of it by turning on the hot water faucet for a few seconds. Finally, use a paper towel to clean up any excess water that might be left inside of it.

After doing this, make sure that all of the silverware is in its proper place, and then turn on your Maytag dishwasher again.

If there is still an issue with your Maytag dishwasher, then you will need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Remove the two screws that are located underneath the handle on the front of your Maytag dishwasher.

Step 2: Next, remove the three screws that are located on the bottom of your Maytag dishwasher.

Step 3: Remove the two screws that are located under the handle on the back of your Maytag dishwasher.

Step 4: Remove the handle from your Maytag dishwasher by pulling it out towards you. Then, take off the back panel of your Maytag dishwasher by removing all of the screws that are located in between each panel.

After doing this, take off all of the screws that are holding down each panel to separate them from one another.

Step 5: Turn over your Maytag dishwasher and look for a wire harness inside of it that has a bunch of colored wires running through it.

Use a pair of needle-nose pliers to disconnect all of these wires from one another by grabbing them with one hand and then pulling them straight out towards you with your other hand.

If you can’t find any wires, then there is a good chance that there is no power to this unit at all and you will need to call an electrician to help you.

Step 6: After disconnecting all of the wires, turn your Maytag dishwasher back over and look inside of it.

There should be a metal plate that is located on the front side of your Maytag dishwasher that has three screw holes on it. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove these screws.

After doing this, take off the front panel of your Maytag dishwasher by removing all of the screws that are located underneath it.

Hopefully, you will be able to reset your Maytag dishwasher and start using it again.

If you are still having problems with your Maytag dishwasher, then you will need to call an electrician to help you fix it.
