The solution to Flickering TV Screen
- Turn off and turn on the TV set again. If the problem persists, call a technician to replace the faulty parts
- Check the capacitors on the power supply unit (PSU) and if they are damaged, replace them with new ones.
- Check the fuse and circuit breaker of your TV set and if they are burnt out, replace them with new ones.
- Clean or service your CRT monitor (or TV tube) and if it is dirty or needs to be cleaned, do so. Also, make sure that your CRT monitor tube is not broken or damaged. If your CRT monitor needs to be serviced, contact a qualified technician for assistance.
- Disconnect all cables from the TV set and turn it off for a few minutes to let all parts cool down before you turn it back on again.

- If you are using a computer, make sure that the operating system of your computer is up to date and all applications are also up to date.
- Make sure that your TV set has enough memory (RAM) to run all applications and software. You can check this by going to your computer’s “Control Panel” and then “System”. Look for the information regarding RAM (memory) in your computer.
